The Official Exhibition Show Guide
The official show guide will be given to every delegate that attends the event. (Approx 800) It includes a detailed floor plan to help find your way around the event, a description of the products and services offered by each company exhibiting, timetables of seminars and keynote presentations and a useful information section. This guide will be kept long after the show as a local directory of companies from different markets that the visitors can refer back to long after the event has finished. You are invited to place a full page business advert into the A5 sized show guide.

The Official Exhibition Carrier Bag
The official exhibition carrier bag will be given to every visitor upon entry to the event and is used by most visitors to carry the vast amount of information they collect from exhibitors. You are invited to sponsor the official carrier bag and to have your branding printed on the bag. You are also invited to have your flyer or brochure pre-inserted into the carrier bag thus ensuring all visitors receive and take home a copy of your company literature.

Exhibition Email Sponsorship
You are invited to have your branding and company details included on pre-show reminder emails. There will be 8 waves of emails to pre-registered visitors in the days before the event informing them of the latest news, speakers, seminars and developments with the event. Email marketing is also used in the run up to the event as a reminder to all businesses in the area of the benefits of attending.

Area Sponsorship and Branding Opportunities
The Registration Area: All visitors must pass through the registration area to enter and exit the exhibition. Brand this area as your own and be seen by all those who pass through. With an opportunity to hold a seminar in field of expertise, an enhanced listing in the event guide and an exhibition stand space.
The Seminar Area:The seminar agenda is a key part of the Midlands Business Events and there will be over 8 seminars and keynotes taking place over the day of the event covering areas of IT, sales and marketing, Finance, business issues and Leadership and motivation. Your are invited to have your branding and business promoted in the seminar area.
The Networking Area:The networking area is at the centre of the event and is a very busy part of the show. It is in a prominent area with significant branding opportunities. We will also be using this area of the event to host the exhibitor and visitor networking event at lunchtime as well as all the other networking opportunities in association with the local media.
